I’ve been trying to grow my hair for the past 3 years now and I’ve noticed very little growth to almost none. I have soft 4b-4c hair and sometimes it thins too, I fear I’m taking care of it wrong.

i tend to wear braids a lot never natural hair styles and I wash my hair regularly but never a lot (as recommended by family my whole life) and I oil regularly with castor oil.
