Athletes don’t always do every script you ask them, especially ones that reference other players or teams.

So glad that Yax did this one for me!!!!

I have one for Blake Corbin in a few weeks that I am also hoping he does. “Retired Saban”

Probably do a deload week, a 4 week program then do this one again. Love/hate the 2x a week leg days but I need them!
