Information needed

I want to have a small piece of art created from epoxy, but I don't want to do it myself! And don't know where to go to have made, I have a cigar half way smoked, I am to save it in epoxy, with a date, location in a small rectangle, but don't know where I can go to get it made! I am in kearny NJ! Could you advise me where I can go and how much I should spend? Pice around 5 wide, 7 tall, 2.5 inch deep!
