3 days ago I did push day. Now I'm feeling pain in my lower left abdomen.

After the usual next-day soreness, I started noticing this pain. It hurts:

>When I sneeze or cough

>When I try to sit up while lying down

>When I try to lie down and get up from bed. I have to roll even sometimes to not feel the pain

Im supposed to do Pull day today but I'm afraid that I'm going to make this pain worse
