How do you test products fast when shipping times kill your refund rate?
3-6 week shipping from AliExpress is killing my tests. By the time orders land I'm already eating chargebacks, angry ad comments, and PayPal disputes. Can't even tell anymore if a product actually flopped or if people just got pissed waiting a month. What are you guys using for faster fulfillment while testing?
