Does anyone know what causes these red dots on my axolotl, I've taken him to the vet but she said he is fine, that it's because he is an albino and blood vessels tend to show up with age... But idk, I'd like ur guys opinion, should I take him to another vet?

Water parameters are: 0ppm ammonia 0ppm nitrites 15ppm nitrates 7 pH (I already bought the axolotl buffer from seachem to up a little because whenever I do water changes it drops a bit because water here is 5.5 pH)

Other than that he is fine, eating, gills are the same he never had big fluffy gills, sometimes they are more reddish when he's more active. Basically there are no signs of distress.... But idk it's worrying me.
