I barely even start Black Clover due to Asta assaulting my ear drums so much. I stuck through My Hero Academia until the end because I was already a fan for years, but I didn’t appreciate like 1/5th of total screen time being taken up by a whiny screaming child.

Preferably something overall lighthearted without a huge emphasis on dark topics (Edit: ex. war or realistic depictions of poverty) or sexual themes. No harems or a large focus on romance either please. I recently finished season 1 of Mob Psycho and it was really enjoyable, so maybe shows with good character writing like that?
