My kitchen renovation - before, during and after(ish)

The kitchen took much longer than expected and it wasn’t even the first room on the list. However, it’s the first room partially done. It still needs a few finishing touches (wall tiles, shelving and misc decor). Please share any tile recommendations! I’m currently in decision fatigue and struggling to find wall tiles. It was hard enough to select the floor tiles with a small sample.

The old kitchen had good bones so it needed a refresh. No major work was needed.

Work done by me with some help from family and friends: removing the old kitchen, scraping off the cork walls and floors, wasp nest removal (dormant), insulating ceiling, boarding ceiling, self levelling the floor, repair and painting the door, got rid of mould, floor tiling, painting the kitchen, fixing surface level cracks and designing the kitchen.

Professional work: asbestos removal, plastering (although I tried my hand at it), electrical work, gas engineer to clear up old pipes and connect the cooker and kitchen fitter to install the new units.

This took me roughly 8-9months.

Had this plant since 2021, it’s been neglected as I’ve been busy with house renovations. Can this be recovered?

It gets moderate light as it is in a south facing room, watered now and then without a schedule but has gone weeks in the winter without water. Using regular houseplant soil.
