Hi 😅 I am aware this is going to make me sound quite paranoid. A girl I know just got a receptionist job at my dermatologist clinic. I have severe acne scars and I am so incredibly insecure about them. I have lotsss of terrible photos of my skin in my file and I would actually die if anyone except my derm saw them, especially someone i know. What are the laws around this? Do receptionists have access to these photos? Or are certain things like clinical images and drs notes locked? When I’m emailing my derm photos of my skin can receptionists see?
