My account appears to have been permanently suspended due to a false positive.
I only used Genspark manually for normal AI chat and image generation.
The suspension notice cites automated scraping / data mining / bulk extraction, but I have never performed such actions. I believe this may have been an automated misclassification related to the repeated Claude Opus waiting-limit behavior.
Specifically, after the waiting restriction was lifted, I would send only a small number of normal messages and then immediately receive another approximately five-hour waiting restriction. This cycle repeatedly occurred during ordinary manual usage.
However, this was simply the behavior of the tool itself, and I was using the service according to the limitations and specifications imposed by the system.
Please escalate this case to a human support agent or technical reviewer. If no actual prohibited automation activity is confirmed, I respectfully request the restoration of my account.
