Interviewer changing my profile info.
I recently was accepted into the APIA program to become an Au Pair, and once I started going in to check out host families, I noticed there had been some things changed in my profile. For instance, under interests there were boxes checked like “soccer” “reading” “writing”. I have never played soccer and personally don’t read or write unless necessary, so those things aren’t hobbies for me.
Other things were changed under my childcare experience page. I have experienced with a child who I started caring for at 18 months, and I remember saying that in details. The age was changed to 6 months. Another childcare experience I had labeled as “occasional” and it was changed to “daily”.
It also seems under the health and wellbeing category, a lot of things have been filled in, when I wasn’t the one who filled them in. Under “have you ever received counselling from a psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor and/or specialist?” The answer “No” was chosen, which is not what I put in originally. Same for the question “do you have any behavioural conditions (e.g ADHD)” which I vividly remember putting that I am diagnosed ADHD.
I don’t want to lie within my profile, and if my interviewer/coordinator (who has access to my account) is changing my details without permission (or knowing if what she’s putting down is true) then that could cause issues for me in the long run.
How should I go about this, and have any of you experienced the same thing?
