Is the milky white discharge in the video normal?

I was "making a video" for my bf and freaked out when I saw this at the end. It's never happened before. It didn't smell or anything.

My local GP (tiny remote village) is a creepy older man so I really don't want to go for this if people can reassure me it's normal, but I will if I have to. Thanks!
