I'm freaking out a little here. I had a great day of sales and brought 7 packages to the post office. I had them all scanned and got the receipt showing they were accepted. Well, Its just my luck that none of them are showing as accepted on the website. They are all still saying preshipment and this is 2 days later now. I called USPS and the lady was no help at all. She said it's impossible and that the clerk must not have scanned them even though I told her I have the receipt as proof. Has this happened to anyone else and what was the result? I'm worried about losing all those sales. I've informed my customers and depop already.
