Question about delivery instructions.
I ordered some outdoor patio furniture, for my vacation home. I ordered it specifically because the delivery would be around 5/20 when I would be there. Instead it got shipped early, arriving today, the only day out of the year that I can't go, (of course). So I put in the instructions to please put it by the front door where it would be out of the rain and out of site. They did the opposite, even stacking the boxes for maximum visibility. Yes I know it's to not block the garage doors. (I was a delivery driver for years so I know how hard the job can be) anyway what if it gets stolen? Is FedEx liable because they ignored the instructions?
