Anyone needing a used glowforge?

I have one they sent me as a warranty replacement. Everything pretty much unused.

When I tried it, the laser did not seem to have the power expected. Barely left a mark. I assume it needs repair.

I don't want to bother with fixing it, sending it off, etc
