I’m on my eighth week and I’ve only lost 2 pounds. I’m friggin exhausted and I’ve lost all drive to do everything only on 18 units. We used to work out really hard and now lifting a 10 pound dumbbell feels like so much work. I think I may have been better off beforehand, lifting heavy, working out hard. I just started this to try to quiet the food noise but it’s a trade-in for a drive and I cannot kill it in the gym on this shit anyone else feel the same? What did you do?
