I don't know if this is a narcissistic thing but these day, I have my father saying that he never laid a hand on me and honestly it pisses me off because it happened more than once when I was younger. I remember them not giving me any rules but getting angry if I did something wrong. I remember once calling the police for how bad it got and I only did because of that but my father keeps denying it even with proof. I don't even care for answers or that it was repetitive. I'm just trying to calm down after weeks of me getting sad or angry for no reason at all
