Please can someone let me know if any of these images look like evidence of bed bugs?

The first few images are when I first checked under the sheet on the mattress. The next picture against the black and white background is what I found in my bag which are definitely some kind of bugs 😭 Although I had accidentally left some food in there so I was hoping they were because of that!

I have since found what I first thought to be sheds but none of them have resembled bugs. They almost look like crumbs??

The last few nights I have been getting bitten on my thighs and waist and my foot, now I’ve noticed some on my arm.

I’m freaking out 😭

Any insights would be greatly appreciated !!!
