Hi everyone,

My friend sent me a parcel using Parcelforce ExpressAM with £750 insurance, and it was due to be delivered today. However, the tracking hasn’t updated and seems to be stuck. I called Parcelforce this morning and was told that since their integration with Royal Mail, Royal Mail now handles the collection and transfers parcels to Parcelforce. They said the parcel was collected, but there haven’t been any scans since, so it might be lost. Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, were you able to get it resolved?
