Firstly, I want to thank everyone on this forum (including the excellent wiki) for their support in making the decision to switch my dog to Royal Canin from a boutique brand. So far couldn’t be more pleased with how she’s doing! And she loves the food!

My question is, is there any benefit to ordering direct from Royal Canin vs online from say Chewy? I just want to be sure I’m getting the freshest bag possible without it being exposed to potential poor storage conditions pre sale. Does it matter?
