Hi everyone! I’m opening a ECE center and I’m torn between two locations.

I’m currently deciding between two spaces: one is in a quieter, affluent neighborhood. Not surrounded by other commercial buildings, but 2 minutes off of a main road.

The other is in a plaza that’s still being developed. The plaza spot would be off of a busy/main road (right across from a Wawa), but I’m unsure what other businesses will end up around it long-term.

What is your ideal child care center location?

Do you care if it’s in a commercial area?

What would be some businesses surrounding the school that would be an “ick” for you?

Hi everyone! I’d love to hear from owners about how they chose the location of their center.

Is anyone’s location tucked away in a neighborhood? If so, did you have any trouble with enrollment because you’re not on a main road? Or did families mostly find you online and it wasn’t an issue?
