Yesterday, while riding on wet roads after a rain, I suddenly braked hard. My bike stopped, but within a second, the rear tire skidded, causing me to lose balance and fell down. Shouldn’t this be prevented by ABS?

By the way, the off-road mode is turned off by default, right? That means ABS is activated.

Would the ABS signal always be showing ? I don’t see it turned on all the time, except for the first few seconds.

I want to understand if I’m doing something wrong.

I have invested in an apartment last year, it was pre investment model and was quoted for a cheap price at Hafeezpet oppt to MyHome Mangla. The builder name was Aishwarya construction.
We have paid the flat, at a before release price rate. But we see the project is still not starting. The broker was saying all sorts of stuff but not giving us any confirmation. He is intentionally delaying the agreement as well, even after paying whole amount. He just says wait for some time. I will arrange but that never happened. This broker let us meet the builder ( owner of Aishwarya construction) who seems to be a good person and said he owns many lands in Hyd and stepping into construction space, he seems so genuine the way he spoke to us. His house was close to CM house. Seeing all this we have trusted them.

By the way, does anyone know about this project? Is this genuine? All the payments were on name of good land infra and Aishwarya construction.

Pl help, if you guys have any info on this.
