There was an interview, I went there and talked with the MD and seemed like everything was going well. They told me to come today, I went there and well the MD asked me for my original certificates which apparently they'll keep till I resign.

So my question is, isn't that illegal? They also asked for a statuary letter from the councillor.

Help me, anyone.
