B4 Finance Transformation Rankings

For those of you in B4 Finance Transformation (FT) curious how you would rate the B4 FT Consulting practices. For ranking relevant factors to me (in order) are things like:

  1. Interestingness and variety of projects
  2. Potential exit opportunities
  3. Compensation
  4. WLB / Opportunities for mentorship

From what I've researched online it would be something like this, but curious others thoughts, especially if you have been in FT at multiple firms

  1. Deloitte
  2. PwC
  3. EY
  4. KPMG

Recently saw that EY posted Senior / Manager posting for their FP&A Business Transformation practice, anybody know what comp range is? Considering applying, but not sure if its worth it; for reference have 5 YOE and got an offer for $190K base + $10K sign-on at Deloitte, would EY be able to get close?

For additional context I have 5 years of exp (2 in B4 audit, 3 in a boutique consulting firm), leaving current firm at the Senior Consultant level. COL is pretty high on the west coast (1 bedroom average rent is ~$2K). Curious to see if others are higher or lower than this, and what negotiation could look like before signing the offer letter
