Okay. Getting a new roof this week. I hear horror stories and awesome stories. Does any one have any pointers or things I should look out for! Images of flashing around chimney? Also getting gutters replaced. What should I expect or ask from the contractor? If I need I will

Pay extra to get a good roof. Presently I have a ridge vent and attic fan.
