I applied for a Poland Type D National Visa through VFS Bangalore. My employer is a large multinational bank recognized as an employer of strategic importance to Poland, which resulted in expedited processing of both my work permit and visa appointment.
At the time of submission, all mandatory documents were provided. Due to the short timeline, my employer’s introduction/support letter was first submitted electronically to the e-Consulate, and I carried a printed acknowledgment copy to VFS. Although I had also received the original hard copy by courier and carried it with me, I ultimately submitted the acknowledgment printout along with a photocopy of the original letter instead of the original itself.
I later received a refusal under Reason No. 10, and I suspect this may have been due to the original employer letter not being included in the submitted file. However, the immigration agency assisting my employer believes the electronically submitted version should have been sufficient, so this remains only a possible explanation.
For the appeal, I plan to submit:
The original hard copy of the employer support/introduction letter
A newly issued electronic version from my employer
Additional supporting clarification regarding the expedited submission timeline
As I will be joining in a senior role, I would appreciate any guidance on whether this approach makes sense and whether there are any additional steps that could strengthen the appeal.

Update : application submitted at VFS, Bangalore (India)
