I have just been given the privilege to work on an incredible visual design project remotely which relies on my use of my Adobe applications.
However I was away from my studio and Internet access trying to work remotely from my friends location who doesn't have Wi-Fi so I opened up or tried to open up the relevant applications I needed for this project.
I was then met with this message that popped up when I was looking to open after affects from Adobe which stated Adobe cannot access our servers please try again or try and login even though I was already logged in to AdobeCC cloud.
So I tried resetting my MacBook clearing the cache and did a hard reset this did not help and I wasted a whole day with no access to any of my projects or any of my desktop installed applications!
I have a monthly paid on an annual subscription Adobe creative cloud pro all apps which I pay £67 a month for and I have been paying this every month for the past four years on this plan and I wasn't able to use any of these applications today!
This has never happened before I have been able to use my desktop installed Adobe applications from different locations without direct Internet connection so I thought that would happen today but alas Adobe has again failed us!
This is unacceptable and completely ridiculous and embarrassing for the company!
I have been a long-term power user of all Adobe applications and I've always defended their owner in the past and I have always maintained their terms and conditions even though recently there has been a lot of backlash against the company and now sadly I'm beginning to understand why.
This is a sad situation and I reaching out to this community to see if anyone has had this situation happened to them and also what did you do about that if so?
I'm in the middle of writing a complaint letter to Adobe but before I send it it will be interesting to see if anyone else has anything to add to this matter?
