hello 
i have created krak account and fully verified it i see in app asking for deposit to start use the app and i sent from bank account under my name some GBP to my kraken account on 9/05 and till now it's status not Change and in app show me my account needs extra review 
i want help fix this problem

i have tried many times contact support but no answer at all !!! 
and there is no emails and in app support just ai answers 

and no emails no help no answers

its most easy things you can provied to your clients is help them there is no other service stand long time while customer service is bad !
