I know I have a slight underbite (per my doctor) but I don’t love my side profile. Does my underbite affect my side profile?

I got a nose job 1 month ago March 18th. I’m aware is still early but I feel so ugly even with makeup on. Did I rejoin my facial harmony? First two pics are before nose job with makeup and one without, 3 and 4 are 1 month and some weeks post op with makeup.

Edit: I will also add I’m 10-15 pounds heavier in photos 3/4
