I was sitting for this sweet guy and learned it’s best to pack an extra syringe for medicine, since the pet syringes are so small and easily roll under things. This got me thinking of a Cat Kit: a little bag with safety and pet care supplies to bring on sits. Things you don’t realize you need until you need them. It could contain an extra can opener, maybe nail clipping scissors and powder/gauze, cat food can covers, etc. Has anyone assembled one of these and what’s in it? Dog stuff welcome if it’s more relevant to your experience.

It’s been one year and three months. Because I didn’t let myself go to the island until I found work and then I still felt like I didn’t deserve to go there. The spring vibes today (and my life partner doing the initial weeding) finally gave me the courage to return. Reneigh and Clay would never have judged 😭
