Has anyone had problems with the screenshot button on the Switch 2? Mine simply doesn't work. I opened the controller settings, and even there, it appears disabled. I can't map it or anything; it simply doesn't exist within the app itself. I can't map one of the additional buttons because the screenshot button doesn't appear among the selectable options. Any solutions?
