I'm stuck in loading screen. What happen is that I'm feeding the homeless hermit bastard in ember bay, and I let my 4 character stay in the same map for it to be done, after that I tried to log in again and I can't open any of those 4 character (I can open my alt-character in different map)

This is the thing that is popping after several minutes of waiting. already check the internet and firewall and everything is good, except the 4 character stuck in the same map. what do I do?
