Don't know if this is useful, but I always struggled to remember the order of the US Presidents until I came up with "Ten Elegant Kangaroos Jump Near Frogs". Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford. I know it's silly but oh well, it works.
