Urgent legal help required to help my Aunty facing deportation to Afghanistan.
Hello everyone.
My name is Sophia and I have started a fundraiser on behalf of my Aunty, Taiba, because she lives in a country where GoFundMe isn’t supported. She needs urgent legal support. First two photos are translated from Turkish to English. Last two photos are the original.
She is an Afghan woman, living with her elderly mother and my grandmother. She is currently facing deportation to Afghanistan in 10 days. Returning back to Afghanistan is not safe for her or my grandmother. She is struggling emotionally and financially after losing her residency status due to a company’s failure to properly complete her work permit transfer process. During this difficult time, she also lost her job, making it harder to take care of herself and my grandmother.
She needs urgent legal support but doesn’t have the money to do so. So I am reaching out to everyone in hopes of her being able to live safely.
All funds will go towards my auntie’s legal assistance in fighting this case and ensuring her and my grandmothers’ safety.
