Cosmo payment card problem
“Hi everyone, I’m using a Cosmo Payment card here in PH , and I noticed that the withdrawal fees are really high whenever I use my ATM card. Which ATM machines or banks in the Philippines do you usually use for lower fees? Any recommendations for ATMs with the smallest charges or best exchange rates? Thankyou in advance!!
