I remember that I read a fic where Harry works for DLME (probably as a high-ranking Auror), and he keep tabs on Draco all the time. Kingsley knows it and uses it to manipulate Harry in doing things he initially won't do, threatening that that Harry's refusal would affect Draco's life negatively. Draco is unaware of it until the end of the fic. Unfortunately, I do not remember other details. Probably that was some smut with top Harry as that's my choice for 99% of time.
