Hi y'all, I'm 43M, I've been looking 10 years younger since 2021 when I became chronically ill after the Pfizer vaccine.

Since then my health has gone downhill and so is my appearance. Now I'm feeling slightly better and I'm looking to fix this for good.

I think the issue is a combination of cofactors that are wrecking my body functions, disrupting my autonomic system, mitochondrial function, neurological activities, cardiovascular system, and at the same time increasing inflammation and speeding up aging factors.

I would get ozone oxygen therapy (emo infusions) and I was thinking of adding NAD+ injection and maybe something else.

What would you do if you were in my shoes? What could possibly work better both for my overall health and to stop this visible aging issue (my face looks tired, wrinkles, gray hair, dry ruined skin, fragile nails, poor circulation, fatigue, loss of muscles, etc..).

Thanks!

I have never been diagnosed with Gastroparesis but basically I have MCAS and various food intolerances that are affecting my digestion and gut very much. I have noticed that carbs are the worst for my stomach. I feel full, not emptying, with food trapped in the upper left abdomen and find myself burping like crazy for hours. If I eat little no carbs the issue is much easier to manage. Anyone else?

So I was talking with this girl at the bar and we became pretty friendly with chatting. I have never tried any approach, just a light flirting but nothing too strong. A few days ago she started talking about a video she did for that place she works for and they posted on social media and I said okay I'm gonna watch it later.

She works just two days and the day after is usually the slow day when there are way less customers and we talk more, so I thought it was the easiest way to mention the video and ask about her Insta, but when I got back the day after she wasn't there cuz they said she felt unwell.

So in the evening I was just watching TV at home while scrolling on Instagram, and I went to that place insta page watching her video and she was tagged.

So I went on her profile and I liked two pictures and started following her. The next day she was there (she probably switched the days) and I noticed she was quite cold.

I mentioned seeing her video but she changed the topic and didn't follow me back. Is she just not interested, did I do something really cringe that she didn't like or am I just tripping?
