Have been all out of sorts, my current job, I love the people company and the way they treat me, I have an opportunity for an industrial career path not the biggest fan of industrial, but I tolerate it, buttttt I also have a job opportunity for res/ com that my buddy works at, he loves it there too, similar leadership, have met both, love both of them, maybe a dollar less pay for the res job, the residential and commercial job is more aligned with my goals for being an electrician (I want to have a business in the future in that field of electrical) so it seems like an easy choice but I don’t want to leave a good company, both choices seem good I need advice
