I have a fairly large nose and want a look that’s proportional and snug, I’m currently rocking a basic 1.6mm x 12mm with small balls in the pic and I’m thinking I could gradually go bigger like 2mm x 12mm or 2,4mm x 14mm with 4mm and 5mm balls respectively.

Also which other piercings would look great on me? I’m thinking a regular labret stud would be the next one
