So I’ve been trying to figure this out for a while, when my penis is soft my foreskin sits half up my glands instead of cover the whole thing, and when it’s hard the foreskin sits just underneath the bottom of my glands. I don’t think it has anything to do with phimosis or anything like that because I can easily pull my foreskin as far back as physically possible.

I have kinda concluded that it’s a partial circumcision although I am not sure because I can’t find much information about it online.
