🔥 Hot ▲ 101 r/microdosing

What nobody warned me about when I started microdosing (and what I wish they had)

When I first started, I expected subtle focus boosts and maybe some mood lifting. What I did NOT expect was how much emotional stuff would start bubbling up around week three. Not in a crisis way, just... things I'd been avoiding started feeling very loud.

In my experience, the protocol is the easy part. The harder part is having somewhere to put what comes up.

I'm curious what surprised you most when you started. Was it physical? Emotional? Did your sleep change? Did your relationship to caffeine or alcohol shift? I feel like everyone's first few weeks look really different and I love hearing what people actually go through vs what they expected.
