Siding is really throwing me off my game, lol. I’ve made it 60 years and never had to consider siding… My house was cleaned before I purchased it 3 years ago. It’s not terribly dirty but do I want to have it cleaned on some sort of schedule so that dirt doesn’t accumulate and stain? I’m in the Wickliffe/Willoughby area. A general idea of costs and vendor recommendations would be really helpful.

I’ve never had a roof cleaned and didn’t know people did that until moving to Cleveland (from Chicago)…am I missing something?

Finally, just to make sure I feel really stupid- (keep in mind I’ve only had brick homes, so give me a little bit of grace) how easy is it to damage the siding when putting in a window a/c unit?
