Thoughts?
Ok so I have lost 45lbs. I was 195 and am now 150. I’m female and 5ft 8 aged 35. I’m an hourglass body shape. I lost the weight over the course of 2 years, I started recording my losses in May 2024. I walk regularly and I’ve been doing regular strength training dumbbell workouts since January increasing weight every few weeks.
My issue is I don’t feel like I look any different whatsoever at 150lbs compared to when I was at my heaviest. My clothes fit the same. I haven’t gone down any clothing size. My waist measurement has not decreased. I truly thought my scales were broken but I’ve tested them by weighing a dumbbell and they’re fine. No one I know has noticed that I’ve lost this weight. To me 40lbs is a big loss, am I delusional? What’s going on?
Does anyone have any insight or advice?
