Hi! I just watched an amazing video by Olurinatti called “Why Serial Killers Aren’t Monsters”. She explains it so much better, but it dives deep on how society depicts serial killers as one-dimensional beings, not as troubled people that society failed, our government in America failed. And before anyone says I’m excusing the behavior, you’ve got it all wrong. There is a big difference between making excuses for the actions of serial killers and humanizing serial killers. Anyways it totally changed my perspective on serial killers. If you’re looking for something to watch I HIGHLY recommend this video. If you did, let me know what you thought!
(Edit: I know it’s long but it’s so worth it.)
