Is anyone curious about Frieren's parents?
Throughout the series we have some info about characters' family:
Fern had loving parents who died in the southern lands war
Stark had a bad father and a good brother
Himmel had a loving mom who held his hand for confort
Heiter said he was an orphan
Eisen's family are buried in front of his house
Flamme's parents taught her flower magic, leading to her love for magic, and seemed to be killed by demons
>!Land's parents were dead and their remains hasn't been found. His grandma died peacefully years ago!<
>!Ubel's sister is missing, and I dont remember but her parents also passed away!<
Kanne and Lawine have caring family, and alive (When I first watched I was like "Finally someone who isn't an orphan")
So that leaves Frieren, the MC. We never had confirmation that her parents died in that time when demon Basalt killed her village. When Flamme saved her, she just showed regret bc she couldnt protect the village. I just expect her to talk a little bit about family. Maybe they died before that?
In the anime there's a scene of a swing. Is there any symbolysm behind it?
For those who dont know, there are 2 volumes of prequel light novels of this series called "Prelude". I've read vol 1 but havent read vol 2 - which contains a story when Frieren was still in the elf village. Is there anyone read it, please spoil it for me
Maybe i'm just overthinking it, but I really want to know more about the character I love
