I'm planning on getting an eyebrow piercing near the end of this month, and I'm really excited.
But I know you're not supposed to touch new piercings and not get makeup in them.

I usually do eyeliner and mascara, (I smudge the eyeliner quite a bit to the point it's like a smokey eye, which might be bad for the piercing? idk) but that wouldn't be directly on the piercing. From what I've read online you should definitely not get makeup in the piercing or really close to it either, but I'm wondering if eye makeup, when done carefully, would be okay?

After doing my own research I got mixed answers, some sources say it's okay others are more against it. I haven't found much info on eye makeup specifically, though. Thanks for reading/helping!
