Traffic dropping 90% overnight is not normal and I’m honestly panicking a bit… we were consistently around 7k and suddenly it’s down to 700 with no major changes from our side

I’m trying to figure out if this is an SEO issue, a Google update, tracking glitch, or if AI overviews/search changes are actually killing organic traffic now

has anyone experienced something like this recently? what should I check first, indexing, penalties, rankings, analytics setup? any quick wins to recover even partially would really help right now
