My daughter plays for a local GAA team. She is a very talented player but her confidence is taking a battering at the minute,maybe 5/6 parents have the same issue with their daughters. We have coaches children constantly starting games and not getting subbed off. Fair enough if they are the most talented on the pitch but they’re not. By a long mile.. any tips?? I don’t want to be “that” parent but I’m of the opinion we need to be keeping girls in sport as long as possible… she’s feeling very deflated, never misses a training session and works really hard
