A few years ago when I moved my business account from Verizon to AT&T I was told by the corporate store that I would have access to US based customer service. Fast forward a couple of years and when I finally do need customer service, I’m certain that who I spoke to wasn’t US based. It was a less than stellar experience to say the least. Is this a recent change or was I just lied to during the in store sales pitch?
