1.5kg Titus Fish

Dry fish

Base(Mainly Kapia, Atarodo, onions)

Small red oil ( cuz of gym )

Okro 1kg precut

Lots of spinach

Swallow : Oat flour and sometime plantain flour (because abs, lol )

Not the worst.
